At top and bottom, a circular cartouche, each including an upper hemisphere of a globe below a triangle within which is an arm holding a hammer. The upper cartouche includes K and L, to l. and r. of the triangle, with OF in the top part of the triangular shape; the lower cartouche includes S and O to l. and r. of triangle and M and A to l. and r. of partial hemisphere.
